Content on the Site — including service descriptions, project galleries, before-and-after photos, and 3D design renderings — is provided for general informational purposes. It does not constitute a binding offer, quote, or guarantee of specific results. Every property is different; final project scope, design, pricing, and timelines are established only in a written agreement between you and Chip-N-Dale’s Custom Landscaping.
Submitting a Design Build Request or Maintenance Request through the Site does not create a contract for services. All requests are subject to our review, site evaluation, and written acceptance. Any prices, promotions, or service descriptions on the Site are subject to change without notice.
When you submit information or upload photos or files through our contact forms, you represent that you own or have the right to share that content and that it does not violate any law or third-party right. You grant us permission to use submitted materials for the purpose of evaluating and responding to your request and providing services to you. Do not upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or malicious; we may remove submissions and refuse service requests at our discretion.
All content on the Site — including text, photographs, project images, 3D renderings, graphics, logos, and the “Chip-N-Dale’s Custom Landscaping” name and branding — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written permission.
Landscape designs and 3D renderings we prepare remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing in a service contract.

We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party sites, and a link does not imply our endorsement.
THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
This section applies to the Site itself. Warranties applicable to landscaping services we perform — including our One Year Guarantee on materials and labor — are set forth in the written service agreement for your project.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CHIP-N-DALE’S CUSTOM LANDSCAPING AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM USE OF THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100). NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Chip-N-Dale’s Custom Landscaping and its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
Your use of the Site is also governed by our [Privacy Policy], which describes how we collect and use information. Please review it.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. The “Last Updated” date reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
